Production Blog for the Commercial

     HEY BLOG! Its me again. I forgot to mention something super important in my last blog, so before I went to sleep I thought of the most brilliant thing. My thought was adding not only text but pop-ups. I began to add my text as caption like. So whatever was said in the video was put into text as captions. After doing so I put other things that were not said in the video, as inside thoughts or background information. I did one text at a time in the exact spot i wanted them to be, so it would fit in. After I decided to look at a couple of pop-ups i could have added. I decided to add the things I liked or to add things that match what I am saying. I started off by adding 5 pop-ups, then I felt like was not enough, so then I added 5 more, that's when it hit me. My commercial looked really crowded, it looked as if I was adding maybe way too much. So to solve this problem I took out 4 pop ups and kept 6, I then took out the unnecessary texts, and finally cropped out photos that took up took much time. After cleaning up my commercial a bit more I started to be really satisfied with how my video was coming along.


 I wanted more opinions of my video so,  I asked my friends who know me the best to watch what I have so far and see if they think it shows ME. After asking 3 friends, two out of three said yes, the other said it was missing something but they could not figure it out. I sat down on my couch and started to think about what would really add a special effect. I needed to clear my mind a little so I went on a run, and that's when it hit me. To make my blog special I had to add my culture. I decided to change the theme of my blog and make it into a Mexican theme. After making touches I ended up loving the video so much. I showed that one friend the final result and they said it was perfect. I made sure everything I need was there in my commercial before exporting it, that's when I saw the problem. Most of my videos got stuck and were frozen and I attempted to save the video to my camera roll and it wouldn't export properly. It was getting late and I decided to stop for the day and continue on the next day. That's it for today Blog, see you tomorrow with my final result. Talk to you later! karina logging off.

     In this music video I have learned a lot from my groupmate's and technology. The process wasnt easy but it was done. In our music video my group and I decided to challenge the conventions. In the genre most of it follows what the song is saying or shows two scenes but goes back and forth. In our music video we made a script in which we acted out what the song felt like for us. One meaning we had of the song was drifting apart from a relationship and learning to let go, the other was realizing your actions and feeling guilt after. Introduction for final task

  Hey blog! its me again, I will be starting my final task soon. My name is Karina Sánchez, and I'm currently a 10th grade student at Fort Lauderdale High School. I’m the youngest of my four siblings. Our household also includes two dogs, a Yorkie and a Pomsky, and a Tuxedo cat. In terms of academics, math and science are my favorite subjects. My goal this school year is to maintain straight A's for at least two quarters and successfully pass my AICE exams. I’ve been in band for 4 years, where I played the alto saxophone before transitioning to the trombone. I also have a desire to learn how to play the piano and guitar in the future. production blog: time to start acting

 Hey blog! its me again, today I will be talking about how my group and I worked on our project on Tuesday. I got dropped off at my friends house so the filming could begin. My group and I shot some scenes that needed to be filmed inside for about 30 minutes. After a while I asked if the video would be done today and my groupmate Maddie said that she would be busy after 4. This became a problem because one of our scenes is during sunset, which sets a certain mood to the audience when watching. After resolving that out we began to walk to the beach to continued filming. Once they reached the beached they recommended recording the scene off the sand First. it started off with us filming walking scenes mixed with facial expressions. After filming a few of those scenes I realized when we film the water scenes we will not have enough time to record the sand scenes in time. So I told my group that we should begin on that.
